This is Hybrid role and there will be in -person client interview at fortworth. TX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top 3 required skills:
\u2022 Advanced Python development (building production grade services, APIs, or data platforms)
\u2022 Cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent; AWS\/Azure preferred)
\u2022 Strong experience with software design, testing, and CI\/CD pipelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Writes, tests, and documents technical work products (e.g., code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards and practices
\u2022 Devotes time to raising the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems
\u2022 Conducts root cause analysis to identify domain level problems and prescribes action items to mitigate
\u2022 Designs self-contained systems within a team\u2019s domain, and leads implementations of significant capabilities in existing systems
\u2022 Coaches team members in the execution of techniques to improve reliability, resiliency, security, and performance
\u2022 Decomposes intricate and interconnected designs into implementations that can be effectively built and maintained by less experienced engineers
\u2022 Anticipates trouble areas in systems under development and guides the team in instrumentation practices to ensure observability and supportability
\u2022 Defines test suites and instrumentation that ensures targets for latency and availability are being consistently met in production
\u2022 Leads through example by prioritizing the closure of open vulnerabilities
\u2022 Evaluates potential attack surfaces in systems under development, identifies best practices to mitigate, and guides teams in their implementation
\u2022 Leads team in the identification of small batches of work to delivery the highest value quickly
\u2022 Ensures reuse is a first class consideration in all team implementations and is a passionate advocate for broad reusability
\u2022 Formally mentors teammates and helps guide them to and along needed learning journeys
\u2022 Observes their environment and identifies opportunities for introducing new approaches to problems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you\u2019ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS\/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience\/training
\u2022 7-8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Java development experience (particularly in enterprise or backend service environments)<\/a>
Experience working with Optimization or ML\/DS systems
Data engineering patterns (batch\/stream processing, large-scale datasets)
Familiarity with distributed systems and performance tuning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandatory Skills : Python Development, cloud<\/p>\n\n\n\n
